From a family full of scientists and mathematicians, Jonathan graduated from the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology with a degree in chemical and biological engineering. Working in that field for several years, he found himself very unhappy. He took what he calls a premature retirement and found himself again. Starting over, he began working for a local painting company and something “just clicked.”
